A Recent Study Has Found

  1. Yes, for sure! I did learn though, through a TV program about a looooong study done with people who are now 90+ years of age, that being thin is fine when we're young, but putting on a little weight when we're older is good for us. Extends our life. Great news, huh? Also a cup or two of coffee every day, and an alcoholic beverage every day. Also good news. :)
